Dreamcatcher Meadows Farm is nestled on a hillside in Floyd County, Virginia, near the top of a ridge 2700 feet above sea level.   From our front porch we can see the mountains surrounding Pulaski and Wytheville, Virginia, about 40 miles to the west of us.  To the southwest, about 20 miles away, we can see the buffalo shaped 3900 foot peak of Buffalo Mountain.

Dreamcatcher Farm represents the fulfillment of a dream of ours to live in a log home in the mountains of Virginia, and to be surrounded by  country living, farm animals, pets, wildlife, and friendly people.

Dreamcatcher Log Home at Twilight

Dreamcatcher represents, not only an end of a far reaching goal, but also a new beginning.  We can now concentrate on the art work and drawings of pen and ink sketches, colorful acrylic paintings, and stained glass creations.

Keep in mind that the website is still under construction thus there are many pieces of artwork not yet posted.  We invite you to explore the site and hope you will visit it often.  If you find any of the artwork to your liking, please let us know.

Ron

Catching the Dream!
Do Not Disturb
sleeping donkeys, miniature donkeys,
Life is tough!

Donkeys in the snow
With January temperatures reaching 2 degrees at night, Kaya and Mariah, our miniature Mediterranean donkeys, wait for the ice to be broken at the water bucket after being let out to pasture for the day.  The cold is not a problem for them as their coats have thickened for the winter.
